Recipe of the Month: Unbun French Toast
It’s love month, show someone how much they mean to you by making our Unbun French Toast! Or treat yourself in the ultimate testament of self-love! It is one of our favourite ways to enjoy the goods! It requires minimal time in the kitchen, but it is absolutely a homerun! The recipe is gluten, grain, and dairy-free + paleo & keto.
- 2 Unbun’s cut in half, lengthwise
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup dairy-free milk alternative
- 1 dash cinnamon
- Melt 1tsp coconut oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Whisk together egg, milk alternative, and cinnamon. Dip each Unbun half into the mixture until fully coated.
- Fry in pan for 4 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Serve w/ fresh berries + your fave sugar-free syrup (or maple syrup!
